Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 2 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Customer Initiated Return:

If you choose to send the product back to us using your preferred courier service, you will receive a full refund for the product once it is received and inspected.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Store Initiated Return:

If you prefer, we can arrange for the courier to pick up the product from your location. In this case, a fee of 200 rupees will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

The refund will be credited into your account within 7 business days.
